Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Service Provider

Progressive Recovery Outreach

PRO is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality HIV/AIDS services through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. We serve our community with dignity, respect, and unwavering commitment to client well-being.

Funding Acknowledgment: Progressive Recovery Outreach is supported by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Our Services

PRO is a Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provider, we align health, housing, and support services to ensure individuals living with HIV/AIDS have access to the care, resources, and stability they need through the following services:

Medical Case Management

We help clients living with HIV/AIDS navigate health care and support systems by creating personalized care plans, coordinating services, and ensuring consistent, ongoing support to improve health outcomes and avoid unnecessary hospital visits.

Emergency Financial Assistance

We offer short-term financial support for urgent needs like rent, utilities, and other essential expenses when no other resources are available.

Housing Services

We assist clients with short-term, transitional, or emergency housing and help them move toward stable, permanent housing through planning, placement, and ongoing support.

Medical Transportation

We provide transportation (or vouchers) so clients can attend medical appointments, pick up medications, and access essential health and support services.

Food Assistance
(Food Bank/Home Delivered Meals)

We provide food, meal support, and essential household items (such as hygiene and cleaning supplies) to help clients maintain basic health and stability. When appropriate, we also provide grocery store food cards to increase access and flexibility.

To receive services through Progressive Recovery Outreach, the following criteria generally apply:

Individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS

Residents of the designated service area

Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured

Individuals meeting federal poverty level guidelines

Documentation of HIV status required

Grievance Procedure

Progressive Recovery Outreach is committed to resolving any concerns or complaints promptly and fairly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you have the right to file a grievance.

Speak with Your Case Manager

Attempt to resolve the issue directly with your assigned case manager or service provider.

Submit a Written Grievance

If unresolved, submit a written grievance to the Program Director. Grievance forms are available at our office or by request.

Review & Response

The Program Director will review your grievance and provide a written response within 10 business days.

Appeal

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may appeal to the Executive Director for further review.

Filing a grievance will not affect your ability to receive services. All grievances are handled confidentially.

Progressive Recovery Outreach operates independently and does not share Ryan White funds with affiliated organizations.

PRO maintains separate governance, administration, and financial management from all other entities within the HHECO System. Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funds received by PRO are used exclusively for eligible services provided by PRO and are not transferred to, shared with, or used by Progressive Recovery Resources (PRR), Progressive Recovery Resources Homes (PRRH), or any other organization.
